Fozzy Group wanted to engage a new generation of interns and highlight the variety of roles across the company. The campaign targeted young professionals aged 23–35 and had to show the scale and accessibility of internships in a visually memorable way. We built the story around a character — the intern — who morphs as they travel through departments. Each transformation reflected the identity of the team: from logistics to marketing to finance. To boost engagement, we added hand-drawn doodles, dynamic transitions, and fast-paced visuals. The result: a vivid and energetic video that turned an HR campaign into an entertaining journey. The metaphor of metamorphosis — from products to coins — visualized how value is created when the right people meet the right teams.
